Our $50 initial consultation will help the client determine whether it is worth going through the appraisals process. Appraisals are billed by the hour, with a single item taking a minimum of 4 hours and additional items typically taking .5-1 hour each. Cost may also depend on the type of appraisal needed. Appraisals include a completed, formatted PDF with a catalog of descriptions, estimated values, images, comparables, and language compliant with the 2022-2023 Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal (USPAP). Color printed, covered, bound appraisal booklets are available by request for an additional printing charge of $50.
